CollaboratewithHRManagerandrecruiteronrecruitmentplanandfollowuptherecruitmentprocesstoselectrightcandidates.
2.Talent&PerformanceManagement
-AssisttoHRManagerintalentreviewprocessandsuccessionplanning.WorkwithHRManageronactionplansfortalentpipelinebuildupandmanagement.
-ImplementcorporatePerformanceManagementpolicyandprocess,coachlinemanagerstousethetools,ensuretheperiodicalcompletionofperformancemanagementactivities.
3.Learning&Development
SupportHRManagertoidentifyannualtrainingplananddevelopmentneeds.CollaboratewithTrainingteamtomonitorlearningcoursestatusandpushtoachievecompletionrate.
4.DailyOperations&HRProjects
-EffectivecommunicationbetweenstaffandprovideprofessionalHRconsultationandsupportforbusinessmanagement.
-CollaboratewithCOETeamtosuperviseandmonitortheimplementationofHRpolicies,makesurealltheHRactivitiesfollowingtherightprocess.ProvideconsultancytoemployeesonHRrelatedissues.
-Havinginnovativeideastomakesomeactivitieswhichcouldbringsatisfiedemployeeexperience.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,withmajoredinHumanResource,Psychology.
2.Morethan3yearsascorporateHRgeneralistroleinMNC,familiarwithallaspectsofHRmanagementwithstrongbusinesssense.
3.GoodatPMtoolsandputthemintorightplacetoensureexpecteddeliverables.
4.ExcellentEnglish&Chineselanguage,bothinwritingandoral;GooddesigneronPPTorDrawingwouldbeprefered.
5.Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,GoodethicPassionate,reliable,resultoriented,self-motivated,willingtoworkunderpressure.
