Responsibilities:HumanResourcesManagementpolicyFormulatesamidtermplanforHumanResourcesManagementandensurestheimplementationhereofinordertocontributetotherealisationofthedefinedbusinessstrategyoftheaffiliate.OperationalHumanResourcesManagementEnsurestheavailabilityofHumanResourcesManagementmethodsandsystemswithregardtorecruitmentandselection,performanceappraisal,traininganddevelopmentandremunerationthatfitwithincorporateguidelinesandsupportslinemanagementintheexecutionhereofinordertorealiseanoptimalstaffingofthecompany.OperationalplanandbudgetFormulatesanannualoperationalplanforHumanResourcesManagement,(includingmanpowerrequirementdefinition)andensuresthatanoperationalbudgetisdefinedandapprovedinordertosettargetsandconditionsforthevariousplannedandbudgetedactivitiesandtomonitor,controlandreportoperationalcostsandperformanceresults.CompensationandBenefitsFormulatesanequitableandcompetitivecompensationandbenefitspackageinlinewiththecompany'spoliciesandlocalrequirementsinordertoassuretobeabletoattract,keepandmotivatetheemployees.HumanResourcesDevelopmentFormulatesaHumanResourcesDevelopmentpolicyaccordingtocorporateguidelinesandproceduresthatfitwithinthebusinessstrategyofthecompanyandensuresimplementationofappropriateHumanResourcesDevelopmenttoolsandprogramsthatwillqualifyemployeestomeettherequirementsassetbythecompanyfortheshortandlongerterm.OrganizationDevelopmentInitiatesanddevelopsproposalsfordesign,modificationandorchangeofthecompany'organisationalstructureandcontributestotheimplementationofthesechangesinordertosupportthecompany'businessactivitieswiththeoptimaleffectiveorganisationalstructure.PersonnelAdministrationEnsuresthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofpersonneladministrationguidelines,proceduresandsystemswithinthecompanyinordertoprovidemanagementwithrelevantcontrolandsteeringinformationandsupporttherealisationoftheapprovedoperationalplanandbudget.FinanceandControlFormulates,implementsandmonitorsthedepartmentalplanandbudgetinlinewiththeapprovedoperationalplan.HumanResourcesManagementManagestheHumanResourcesDepartmentinlinewithlocalandcorporateguidelines.
任职要求:
Requirements:Academiclevel;Maturedandseasonedprofessionalwitharound10yearsworkingexperienceHRfield,atleast3yearsintheHRmanagerialposition;CapableofdevelopingandimplementingHumanResourcesManagementtoolsandinstrumentsinclosecooperationwithlinemanagement;AstrongcommunicatorwhostimulatesmanagementtotaketheirresponsibilitieswithregardtoHRM;Active,decisiveandcatalystininitiatingandimplementingnewapproachestoHumanResourcesManagement;FluencyinEnglish.
