岗位职责:

AsaHR&Adminspecialistyourresponsibilitieswillinitiallyinclude,butnotbelimitedto:

·Accuratelycompletetheadministrationforthemonthlypayrollcycle.

·Administeremployeeworkingtimerecords,includingworkingtime,holidays,businessleave,marriageleave,maternityleaveetc.

·Administernewemployeelaborcontracts,contractrenewalsandcontractamendments

·SupporttheVisaadministratorwithadviceonvisaapplicationsofexpatriatestaffandalsosupportinvisitstovisarelatedgovernmentbureaus

·AdministerindividualsocialinsuranceandhousingfundrequirementsandrequesttherelevantpaymentsusingthecompanySHRsystem

·MaintainemployeedataonthecompanyHRsystem,SHR

·Participateinthemonthlypayrollprocesstoensureallemployeesarepaidcorrectlyandon-time

·AttendHRandfinancetrainingwhenrequested

Responsibleforanyadministrativeworkintheoffice

·Bachelordegreeoraboveinrelevantmajors;

·Befamiliarwithrelevantnationalandlocallaws,regulationsandpolicies;

·GoodEnglishskills,inbothwrittenandspeaking

·Strongcompetence,excellentorganizationalskillsandanalysisability,goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,highprofessionalqualityandagoodsenseofservice,hardworking,withteamworksprit.
