岗位职责：
JobResponsibility：
参与股权投资项目的前期尽调，方案设计，从项目沟通到后期落地：
Participateintheinvestigationandthedesignoftheequityinvestmentproject、fromtheearlycommunicationtothelaterlandingofthewholeproject.
1、对获得的公司资料和信息进行整理筛选，进行综合分析；
2、与目标公司进行沟通，开展公司尽调，撰写尽调报告；
3、协助投资总监，对企业内部财务真实情况进行尽调，能揭示一定的财务风险；
4、参与投后管理，进行风险预警并制订风险应对措施；
5、发现和报告公司存在的违法违规行为和合规风险隐患；

2、CommunicatewiththeTargetCorp,investigatethecompanyandaccomplishthereport;
3、Assisttheinvestmentdirector,investigatetheinnerfinancialsituationofthecorp,canreflectthefinancialriskstoacertainextent
4、Participateintheinvestmentmanagement,carryouttheinvestmentriskalertandappropriatemeasures;
5、Discoverandreportthecompanies'illegalactionsandhiddenrisks
任职要求：
Jobrequirement:
1、会计/金融、经济法等相关专业研究生在职学历；熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理，并了解相关的法律法规；
2、具有项目审批、风险识别经验,有敏锐的洞察力和分析判断能力，对投资和风险防范措施有较深刻的了解；
3、具备较强的学习及抗压能力，具有较强的财务分析能力和职业敏感度，能够通过快速学习了解相关行业；
4、能够配合一定的出差及加班工作，以及领导交办的其他事项；
1、UndergraduatemasteroftheAccounting/Finance,Economiclawandotherrelatedmajors；
2、HavetheabilityofProjectapproval、Riskidentification、keeninsightandAnalysisjudgment，haveAprofoundunderstandingofinvestmentandriskpreventionmeasures
3、HaveStronglearningabilitiesandstresstolerance，havetheabilityoffinancialanalysisandprofessionalSensitivity，canknowtherelatedindustriesbyfastlearning；
4、Canacceptacertainamountofbusinesstripandovertimework，handlewithsomeotherworkthatleadersassigned.
