岗位职责：
1.Responsibleforoverallfinancial&accountingandlegalactivitiesoflocalplantsinWeihai
2.TosupportDivisionFinance&ControllingDirectorinsettingupandimplementationofAccountingandFinancesystemforlocalplantstoensurefinancialsystem’seffectivenessandefficiency,tosafeguardallcorporateassetsandensurethatallfinancialbooksandrecordsaremaintainedinaccordancewiththeestablishedGroup/Companypolicies,proceduresandIFRS/ChinaGAAPaswellasinternalcontrolrequirement
3.Reviewandcontrolthefinancialstatus,resultandcashflowindailyoperation;managecreditandPrimaryWorkingCapitalaswellasfreecashflowtoensureahealthyfinancialstatus
4.Manage&leadtheweekly&monthlyreportingprocess,ensureatimelyactualclosing,ensurethefinanceandaccountingtaskshandledinacomplete,timely,andaccuratemanner
5.Identifyimportantemergingissuesandconcernsinthefinancialandnon-financialoperationsofthebusinessandworkwithothermembersoftheleadershipteamtodevelopcorrectiveactions,Providethefinancialanalysisandvalueaddedinputtofacilitatemanagementdecisionsindailyoperation;
6.Responsibleforcostcontrolling(productioncostandetc.),followupstandard&actualcosts,budgetversusactualandpreparingmonthlycostanalysisreports
7.Providefinancialdecisionsupportforkeybusinessinitiatives,participateindecision-makingofCompany’sinvestmentandmajorbusinessoperations,importantexternalcontracts,activitiesandfeasibilitystudies
8.Tocoordinateandtaketheleadingroleinquarterlyforecasts&annualbudgetprocessensureandcontinuouslyimproveforecast&budgetaccuracy;Reviewbudgetimplementationresultbymonthandproposesadjustmentstotheseniormanagementteam,continuouslydevelopbusinessanalysismodeltosupportbusinessdecisions
9.Supportandprepareofcapitalexpenditureanalysisandproposal
10.TopreparetheStatutoryreportofChina,ensurethealignmentwithlocalstatutoryrequirement.
11.Tocoordinatewithinternalandexternalauditors,followuptheactionplans
12.TohandleallthetaxrelatedprocedureandfillingsforChina,workcloselywithKPMGtooptimizecorporatetaxpoliciesandpractices
13.Tocoordinateandkeepgoodrelationshipwithlocalauthorities
14.Managelegalissuesoflocalplant;toassistDivisionFinanceDirectorintheriskmanagementforlocaloperations,minimizetherisksaswellashandlingtherelativeinsuranceissues;workcloselywithcontractedlawfirmtoensurealloperationactivitiestobeincompliancewithChineselawsandregulations.
15.WorkcloselywithITteamtoenhancebusinesssystemsuchasSAPtoensurecontinuouslyimprovedefficiency
16.Buildanappropriatefinancialteamtosupportthedeveloping&changingneedsofcorporation.Developthetechnical,analyticalandprofessionalskillsoftheteamonacontinuousbasis

-Universitydegree(preferred:Majorinfinance,accountingorbusinessmanagement)
-Relevantworkingexperienceinaforeigninvestedmanufacturingenterprise(WFOE)
-Relevantmanagementexperienceof2yearsinasimilarposition
-Havingrichexperienceincostcontrolling(productioncostandetc.),followupstandard&actualcosts,budgetversusactual,thisisamust.
-ProficientinEnglish
-ProficientinExcelandERPsystem(preferred:SAP)
-CAPispreferred
-Abilitytoworkinastructuredwayandunderstressfulconditions,team-sprit,self-driven,hardworking,goodcommunicationskills
