海外客服专员工作职责
岗位职责：
1.通过平台或实时聊天工具跟网站用户交流，介绍产品，解答客户的咨询；
Communicatewithcustomersviaemailorlivechattool,introduceproducts,answercustomerconsultations;
2.积极主动联系未付款订单的客户，搜集客户需求，促进订单完成，提升客户服务体验；
Activelycontactcustomersfortheunpaidorders,collectcustomerdemand,fulfilltheorder,improvecustomerserviceexperience;
3.解答客户关于订单状态，发货问题的咨询；
Answercustomers’enquiriesaboutorderstatusandshippingissues；
4.配合物流部门督促客户包裹的清关和确认签收问题；
Cooperatewithlogisticsdepartmenttohelpcustomerstofinishthecustomclearanceandreceivetheirparcels;
5.及时处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
Dealwithcustomers’complaintstimelyandimprovecustomers’satisfaction;
6.产品及相关资料的翻译，对描述、卖点进行翻译并在现有介绍资料基础上进行优化和提升；
Translateproductintroductionandotherrelateddocuments,optimizatebasedonthecurrentproductprofileaboutthedescriptionandsellingpoints;
7.参与产品价格策略调整、新品发布等运营事宜并提出合理性建议；
Participateinpricingstrategyadjustment,productlaunching,andotheroperationalissuesandputforwardconstructivesuggestions;
8.定期总结各产品销售情况，汇报给上级主管；
Summarizetheproductsalesperformanceandreporttothesupervisor;
9.官网论坛管理维护；
ManageandmaintainBitmaintalk;
10.协助上级领导安排的其他工作事项。

任职要求：
1.大学本科学历,并具有良好的英文沟通能力；
Bachelordegreefromaknownuniversity,andhaveanexcellentproficiencyinEnglish;
2.熟练运用office办公软件和PS制图软件；
Advancedcomputerskills(MSWord,Excel,PowerPoint,Photoshop)
3.良好的社交能力和服务意识，能够与不同的团队进行有效协作；
Highsocialskillsandgoodsenseofservice,abletocooperateeffectivelywithdifferentteams;
4.良好的团队合作精神，能适用多种任务，能很好地配合团队完成任务；

5.能够承受较大的工作强度和客户咨询量，妥善处理客户关系；

6.有海外电子商务客户服务经历的优先考虑；
Experienceininternationalcustomerservice,anecommerceenvironmentwillbeconsideredasaplus;
7.熟悉Zendesk平台的优先考虑；

8.熟悉海外运输和仓库等物流流程的优先考虑；

9.熟悉财务或者ERP系统的优先考虑；
