岗位职责：
在项目负责人指导下组织对新产品研发的实施；Abilitytoconducttheresearchanddevelopmentofpre-projectorpipelineprojectunderthesupervisorofProjectLeader;
研究疫苗候选株特性，能对病原进行基因改造或致弱，筛选疫苗毒株；Studythecharacteristicsofvaccinecandidates,abilitytogeneratetherecombinantvirusorattenuatedvirus,andselectvaccinestrain;
设计研发实验方案、进行实验室和动物试验研究、整理原始数据、分析实验结果、并起草试验报告；Designstudyplan,conductbenchworkandanimalstudies,review&analyzerawdata,prepareandsubmitstudyreports;
起草研究项目相关的记录模板、操作步骤及标准操作规程；Createproject-relatedrecordtemplates,protocols,andSOPs;
负责收集整理和保存准确的材料已满足知识产权及法规要求；Responsibleforcollectingandmaintainingaccuratedocumentationbothforintellectualpropertyandtomeetregulatoryrequirements;
支持相关课题的规模化试验；Supportscale-upstudyasneeded;
按要求定期提交工作汇报；Submitroutineprogressreportasrequired;
协助上级主管，做好项目管理监督及团队建设工作；SupportProjectLeader,participatinginprojectmanagementandteambuilding;
除了承担的在研项目研究外，有时需要完成研发中心交办的其它工作。BeflexibletocontributebeyondviruspipelineprojectsasassignedandoverallgoalsoftheBiologicalsR&DCenter/Departmentmayrequirefromtimetotime.
确保按照实验室生物安全管理制度操作，不发生生物安全事故。EnsuretheoperatinginaccordancewithlabBio-safetymanagementprinciple,noBio-safetyincidenceoccur.

任职要求：
兽医学或生物学相关专业研究生硕士(3-5年相关工作经历)或博士；M.Sc.(3-5yearsofrelevantexperience)orPh.D.inVeterinaryMedicine,Biology,orrelatedfields;
比较深厚的动物病毒学、免疫学和分子生物学等知识基础；BetterunderstandingandstrongknowledgeinAnimalVirology,Immunology,MolecularBiology,etc.;
较强的病毒分离、鉴定、传代和动物实验以及分子生物学技术；Expertiseinvirusisolation,identificationandpassaging,andtechnologyinanimalexperimentsandbiotechaswell;
有较好的疫苗研发经验，能够独立承担研发项目，思考并解决问题；Goodexperienceinvaccineresearch&development,abilitytoindependentlyconductbenchworkandproblem-solving;
能指导、带领或培训队员对试验进行设计、实施、理解并获得确实可靠的结果；
Abilitytocoach,trainandleadreammembersinthedesign,executionandinterpretationofexperimentstodrivethedefiniteresults;
具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
Goodoral,listening,readingandwritingcommunicationskills;
能熟练使用办公软件以及专业分析软，如DNAStar,MAGA,SmartSheet,Microsoftoffice等。FamiliarwithMicrosoftOfficeandprofessionalanalysissoftware,e.g.DNAStar,MAGA,SmartSheet,etc.
