岗位职责：Responsibleforleadingasmallteam(around7-10staffs,dependsontheprojectscale)tofollowupnewprojectfromconceptdesigntomassproductionphases.Plananddriveprojectsfrominitialproductconception,productdevelopment,toindustrialization.Liaisonofcustomerandinternalteamforglobalcooperationwithdifferentlocationandfunctionalparties,regularmeetingandconferenceforstatusreviewandactiondriving.Developandmaintaindetailedmasterprojectschedule,driveandcontrolprojectprogresstoensurealignwithplanandtargets.Specandtechnicalreview,designandprocessanalysis(FMEA),BOMdefine,quote/costingreview,supply-baseevaluateandconfiguration,businessnegotiationandrelationshipmaintenance.Leadcrossfunctionalteam,managingBUoperationalandprojectactivities.Focusandimproveoncustomersatisfactionwithon-timedelivery,rightqualityandcostbeneficial;drivingcontinuousimprovementsandmaintaingoodBUperformanceaswellteamwork.
任职要求：
Equalorabovebachelordegree.Morethan8yearsexperienceinamulti-nationalproductionenvironmentasprojectmanager(orequivalentposition).Pro-activepersonality,abletotakeinitiatives,withgoodcommunicationskills.Fluentinspeaking,understandingandwritingbothEnglishandChinese.
