JAVA 软件开发工作职责

岗位职责：

-根据需求参与项目模块的设计和开发工作

-协助项目主管和技术团队完成设计、开发、配置、测试以及文档类的工作

-能独立完成解决方案关键部分的开发工作

-及时沟通个人的指标和成果

-如果项目需要，乐于去学习新的技术

任职要求：

-本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，非相关专业但有相关工作经验的也可考虑

-能适应快速变化和有挑战的工作环境

-优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能和技术人员以及非技术人员进行有效沟通

-2年以上Java开发经验,理解OOPwithJava.

-熟悉Java和JavaEE框架，理解相关的第三方和开源框架

-具有数据库和数据库工具使用经验

-能理解和分解功能性需求，能根据需求制定出相应的软件解决方案

-良好的文档编写能力，能够将写的代码编辑成文档（包括技术文档和功能性文档）

Responsibilities:-Serveasafull-timetechnicalresourceparticipatinginthedesignandimplementationofaproject-WorkwithadedicatedProjectManagerandtechnicalteamleadershipcompletedesign,development,configuration,documentationandtestingtasks-Withlimiteddirection,serveasanindividualcontributorforkeycomponentsofasolution-Communicatetimelystatusofallindividualdeliverablesandmetrics-Flexibletolearnnewtechnologiesifnecessary

Qualifications:-BSinComputerScience(orrelatedfield)isdesired.Candidateswithsignificantrelevantworkexperiencemayalsobeconsidered-Abilitytoworkinafastmoving/changingenvironment-Excellentcommunicationandpeopleskills,withprovenabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithbothtechnicalandnon-technicalpersonnel-2+yearstechnicalexperienceonJavaprojects-GoodunderstandingofOOPwithJava-UnderstandingofJavaandJavaEEframeworksandrelatedthirdpartyandopensourceframeworks-Databaseanddatabasetoolsexperience-Demonstratedabilitytounderstandinganddecomposefunctionalrequirementsintoasoftwaresolution-Documentationskillstothelevelofbeingabletodocumentself-writtencode(technicalandfunctionaldocumentation)
