岗位职责：

准备所有的相关设计资料；

和客户交流相关设计要求和内容，并准备相关报告；

在公司设计总监的领导下独立完成设计深化工作和全套施工图设计；

在公司设计总监的领导下独立完成设计材料和设备的选配；

能按客户要求合理地安排和控制设计进程;

能很好地安排并指导设计助理的工作；

完成和施工队和材料供应商的协调工作并协同项目经理控制施工材料，质量和进度；

能很好地和公司其他部门合作。

Developdesignpackageandfullsetofconstructiondrawingpackageundertheleadingofdesigndirector;

Preparesampleboardandequipmentlistforprojectsundertheleadingofdesigndirector;

Arrangeandcontroldesignscheduleasperclient’srequirement;

Manageassistantinteriordesigner;

CoordinatewithcontractorandsupplierfordesignandfitoutissuesandcontrolmaterialandworkmanshipqualityandtimescheduletogetherwithProjectManager;

Coordinatewithotherdepartmentswithinthecompany.

任职要求：

5年以上的室内设计工作和施工图工作经验；

大专或大专以上设计专业的学历；

熟练使用AutoCAD,Photoshop和MS-office等设计软件；

有场地经验；

有手绘能力；

有一定的语言表达能力和亲和力；

踏实肯干，有较强的工作责任心和自律心；

有团队合作精神。
