NPI Buyer工作职责
岗位职责：
1.WorkwithfacilityNPIcoordinatortoberesponsibleforprojectbudgetplanning,NPI/SCCIwebtoolscore;
2.WorkasqualitygatefromSCteamfornewpartslocalization,SCRT,TCOanalysis,MOQ/MPQ,Packaging,PPAPapprovaletc.toensureconfirmSCparameterpolicy;
3.WorkwithGSNDteamfornewpartsquotation,supplierselection,costdatamaintenance,sourcereadiness;
4.Releasesampleorderandfollowupsamplepartsdeliverytoensureontime/onquality/oncost,takeallpossibleactiontoexpeditesupplierdelay;
5.CoordinateandfollowupNPIsamplepartsquality/packagingvalidationetc.
6.Deliverymode/frequencyconfirmation,contactwindow,GTN,communicationfortransportationleadtime;
7.WorkwithGSNDteamforunqualifiedsamplepartsRTVandreplenishmenttoensurenoimpactontheschedule;
8.Follownewpartsdrawing/revisionreleasingstatustogetrightpartsforsupportingNPIPD/Pilot/Pre-productionbuild.
9.PhaseoutRSSMprojection,reporting,disposal(scrap,sell,rework),PhaseinRSSMabsorbing;
10.WorkwithSCteamforthepartsphasein/phaseoutplantoensuresmoothtransition;
11.Followupfirst3batchesNPImassproductionorderdeliverytoensuretransferMPteamsmoothly;
12.WorkascontactwindowtosupportlocalizationprojectandensurePIPOontime;
任职要求：
Collegeoruniversitydegree,preferablyinSupplyChainand/orLogisticsManagementorIndustrialEngineeringisrequired
Atleastfiveyearssupplychain/GSNDfunctionjobexperience;
PreviousexperienceasaBuyerorNPIengineer/MaterialPlanningdesired
AbackgroundinSupplyChain,Purchasing,andMaterialRequirementsPlanningishighlydesired.
Strongunderstandingandpreviousexperienceusingcommonsupplychainsystems.
Musthavestronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills,andtheabilitytocreativelysolvecomplexproblems.
APICSCPIMorCSCPNationalCertificationarepreferred;
BefamiliarwithSAPmaterialplanning/purchasingmodelarerequired;
Befluentinoral/writtenEnglishareMandatory.
