岗位职责：
1.为各价值流各类设备实施小型的机械类改善，安装，移装等
Toimplementsmallmechanicalimprovement,installation,relocationofsmallMAE
2.协助维保团队进行各类设备的机械类的抢修和保养改善
TosupportmaintenanceteamonmechanicalissuesofallMAE,andurgentrepairormaintenance
3.其他指定任务Otherassignment
任职要求：
a)Education学历:
中专或以上学历，从事设备维保2年以内经验，或大专1年以内设备维保经验
TechnicalSecondarySchool,lessthan2yearsmaintenanceexperience,orJuniorCollegeabovewithlessthan1yearmaintenanceexperience
b)CompetencyandSkills能力和技能:
1.了解冲压类设备，机器人等自动化设备等。了解喷漆系统（水性漆，粉漆）优先Knowstampingmachine,robotandotherautomaticmachine,etc.experienceofpaintingline(wet,powder)isfirst
2.了解各种机加工及其设备，包括钳，车，铣，磨，线切割，电焊（或氩弧焊）等
Knowvariousmachiningandequipment,includes:benchwork,lathe,milling,grinding,wire-cutting,welding(electricorargonarc),etc.
3.有维修电工证优先
Havingthelicenceofelectricianwillbefirst
4.能读懂机械图纸
Canreadmechanicaldrawing
5.具备良好的工作态度，沟通意识，安全意识和团队合作精神
Goodworkattitude,communicationskill,safetyawarenessandteamwork
6.良好的观察能力，专心和耐心，动手能力等
