岗位职责:

1.Basedonthecompany'sbusinessdevelopmentandorganizationalplanning,supportthedepartmentstofinishtheheadcountplan.

2.Exploreandoptimizemulti-channelrecruitmentresourcesfordifferentlevelsofpositionstoensuretheefficiencyandeffectivenessofrecruitmentactivity.

3.Responsiblefortheinterviewandselectiontoensureappropriaterecruitmentmethodisselectedandqualifiedcandidateishiredviarecruitmentrequirementsandtimescale.

4.Ensuretheselection,interview,newemploymentactivitiesfollowrecruitmentprocedureandwellarrangedinaprofessionalway.

5.EnsurethemanpowerrequirementfromeachdepartmentiswithinapprovedH/Cbudget.

6.Updateweeklyrecruitmentreport,andanalysisrecruitmentefficiencyandeffectiveness.

7.Helptosetuptheorganizationalstructureandjobdesigntoimprovethecompany'sjobpositiondescription.

8.HelptodeployotherHRprojects.

任职要求:

1.Bachelordegree.

2.Atleast3yearsrecruitingexperienceandtotal5yearsHRrelatedexperience.

3.ProfessionalHRknowledgeandexperienceinrelatedaspectsofHRfunctions,especiallyforinterview.

4.Befamiliarwithlocallaborlawandothergovernmentregulationsonemployment.

5.GoodinEnglish.
