AnexcitingopportunityisavailableforadynamicManager,TalentAcquistiontojointheQuintilesIMSteamprovidingrecruitingsupportacrossAsia.ReportingtotheDirector,TalentAcquisition,thisrolewillprovidedaytodaymanagementoftheassignedTalentAcquisitionteamandensurerecruitingservicedeliveryexcellenceacrosstheassignedgeographyorbusinesslinewithinspecifiedproceduralguidelinesandtimelines.Thisisahighprofile,frontlinerecruitingmanagementrole,withresponsibilityforeffectivelydevelopingandmanagingstakeholderrelationshipsanddeliveringtailored,worldclassrecruitingsolutionsacrossmultiplebusinessareas.Sometravelmayberequired.
KeyResponsibilities
ManageaTalentAcquisitionteamforassignedbusinessfunction/region,throughadirectlineormatrixreportingstructure.DeveloptheteamtoensuretheprovisionofhighqualityHRsupportandconsultancy.Managestaffinaccordancewithorganization’spoliciesandapplicableregulations.Responsibilitiesincludeplanning,assigning,anddirectingwork;appraisingperformanceandguidingprofessionaldevelopment;rewardinganddiscipliningemployees;addressingemployeerelationsissuesandresolvingproblems.Approveactionsonhumanresourcesmatters.
Recruitmentandend-to-endcandidatemanagementincludingbutnotlimitedtoproactivesourcingviatheInternetandsocialmedia,managingcandidateresponsesfromourcareerspage,networkingforemployeereferrals,coordinationwithrecruitingagenciesandcommunicatingandclosingoffers.
EffectivelymanageandleveragerelationshipswithwiderHRstakeholdersandotherinternalgroups.
ManageandbuildstrongclientrelationshipswithHiringManagers,includingmanagementoftheheadcountprocessandpushingbackwherenecessaryinlinewithbusinessandhiringstrategy.
AssistseniorTalentAcquistionmanagementwithregularevaluationsoftheapplicantpoolandassess,trackandreportontimetohire,costtohireand,diversityofhires,toidentifytrendsandcosteffectiveness.
OverseeandmanagebothregionalandglobalspecialTalentAcquisitionprojectsasassigned
Representcompanyatrecruitingeventsandprofessionalconferences.Planandexecutehiringevents.
AssistwithmanagingprojectsrelatedtolegislationintherecruitmentprocesswithinHRandacrossthebusiness,HRsystems,practices,proceduresandcompliance.
Withguidance,providecoachingandcounselingtomanagerstoeffectivelysupportbusinessline/regionstrategicTalentAcquistiongoals.
Maintaindataneededtoimprovepoliciesandpractices;recommendandimplementenhancementstosupportadiverseworkforce;ensurerecruiterscomplywithlocalandregionalhiringguidelinesandprocedures,particularlyforapplicanttracking.
Keepabreastofmarkettrendsanddemandimpactingthecompany’sabilitytoattractcompetitivecandidates;coordinatewiththecompensationteamonsalaryofferconsiderationsandequityconcerns.
Supportactivitiesandinitiativesassociatedwithchangemanagementinvolvingreorganizations,mergers/acquisitionsandtransferstoensurecompliancewithlocallegislation.
Ensuretheprovisionoftimelyemployee-relatedinformationtomanagementteamsasnecessary.
任职要求:
DesiredSkillsandExperience
Bachelor'sdegreewithmorethan6years’experiencemanagingfull-cyclerecruitmentofexperiencedcandidates,andexperienceoperatingwithsenior/executivemanagementteams;orequivalentcombinationofeducation,trainingandexperiencegainedfromworkingpreferablywithinaprofessionalservicesenvironment(especiallyconsulting)and/orthehealthcareindustry.
1-2years’experienceinaleadershipcapacitymanagingasmallrecruitingteam.Internationalmanagementexperienceisaplus.
Priorexperiencewithcampusrecruitmentisaplus.
Demonstratedabilitytosourcecandidatesinmultitudeofcreativeareasincludingsocialmedia,createeffectiverecruitingstrategiesandmanageclientrelationships.
Abilitytoestablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithco-workers,managersandstakeholders
KnowledgeofAsiatalentmarketsandlabor/hiringlawsisaplus.
Strongtimemanagementandprioritizationcapabilities,withabilitytomulti-taskandself-manage.
Abilitytothinkstrategicallywhilstmaintaininganeyefordetail.
Excellentpresentationskills,writtenandoralcommunicationskillsalongwithanabilitytointeractanddevelopnetworksinaprofessionalmanneracrossthebusiness.
