地产 PM工作职责
岗位职责：
对接集团PM，组织各项目开发计划的制定及更新，负责各项目二级计划完成情况的跟进，并对计划执行情况进行分析总结，完成月度报告；
-参与制定项目利润目标和运营业绩考核指标，对接集团各部门及项目总经理，负责组织各项目公司及集团运营部门的季度绩效跟踪评价；
-协助部门总监，从业务流程角度对计划管理体系、授权体系建设提供支持；
-定期组织公司制度和业务流程管理体系培训、检查执行情况，并针对重点问题提出持续改进建议；
-组织、安排集团层面的固定运营类会议；
-负责维护和更新财务模型，为管理决策提供数据支持及依据；
Business:
ThedockinggroupPM,organizingandupdatingthedevelopmentplansofeachproject,isresponsibleforthefollow-upofthetwolevelplancompletionofeachproject,andanalyzesandsummarizestheimplementationoftheplan,andcompletesthemonthlyreport.
Participateintheformulationoftheprofittargetsandoperationalperformanceindicatorsoftheproject,andconnectthegroupdepartmentsandprojectmanagerstoorganizequarterlyperformancetrackingevaluationofitemcompanyandgroupoperationdepartments.
-assistingthedirectoroftheDepartmenttosupporttheplanningmanagementsystemandtheconstructionoftheauthorizationsystemfromthepointofviewofthebusinessprocess.
-regularlyorganizethecompanysystemandthebusinessprocessmanagementsystemtotrainandinspecttheimplementation,andputforwardsuggestionsforcontinuousimprovementonkeyissues.
-organizingandarrangingfixedoperationmeetingsatthegrouplevel;
-responsibleformaintainingandupdatingthefinancialmodelandprovidingdatasupportandbasisformanagementdecisions.
任职要求：
熟悉房地产项目二级开发全流程；
认真、负责，良好的的计划、协调、沟通能力以及风险预判能力；
能够对收集的业务信息进行分析及处理，为上级领导决策提供依据；
熟练使用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件；
英语精通（书面/口语）
