4.Liaisonwithexternalsuppliers(equipment,materialorchemicalsuppliers)andinternalrelevantdepartmentsfortechnologicaldevelopmentandprocessimprovement
5.Takeresponsibilityinnewprocessqualificationandnewproductimplementation
6.Ensurestableandrobustprocesswithfullprocedurecompliancetomanufacturehighqualityandreliableproducts
7.Activelyparticipateordriveprojectfornewprocessqualification,newproductimplementation
8.Continuouslyimprovetheprocesscapability,quality,yield,productivityandresourceoptimization
任职要求：
1.Degreefromuniversityorhighertechnicalcollege
2.ProcessengineeringexperienceinIC-Substrate,HDI-PCB,Assembly,IC-Packagingorrelatedindustry
3.KnowledgeofqualitytoolslikeSPC,MSA,DOE,FMEA,CP,etc
4.Goodanalyticalskillswithattentiontodetails.
5.Goodstressmanagementskills
6.Knowledgeofprojectmanagement,dataevaluationanddesignofexperiments
7.FluentwrittenandoralEnglish(Mandarinwouldbeofadvantage)
8.Goodcommunicationandnegotiationskills
9.Computerskills–MSOfficePackage(Word,Excel)
