岗位职责：
1.ResponsibletoapplyrulesandproceduresdefinedfromcentralcompanyICTinfrastructuremanagement.
2.AssistprojectteamswithtechnicalissuesintheInitiationandPlanningphasesofourstandardProjectManagementMethodology.Theseactivitiesincludethedefinitionofneeds,benefits,andtechnicalstrategy;research&developmentwithintheprojectlife-cycle;technicalanalysisanddesign;andsupportofoperationsstaffinexecuting,testingandrolling-outthesolutions.Participationonprojectsisfocusedonsmoothingthetransitionofprojectsfromdevelopmentstafftoproductionstaffbyperformingoperationsactivitieswithintheprojectlife-cycle.
3.Accountableforthefollowingsystems:Windowssystemsclientandserver,Vmwarevirtualfarm,CiscoLANandWLANandWANnetworkdevicesthatsupportComerinfrastructure;hardwareandsoftwareAssetManagement;grouppolicyandusersdatasecuritydeployment.Responsibilitiesonthesesystemsincludeserverandclientprovisioning,operationsandsupport,maintenanceandresearchanddevelopmenttoensurecontinualinnovation.
4.SolveuserrequestscollectedthroughServiceDeskandwillberesponsibleforkeepingKPIatagreedlevels.
5.Restotherrequirmentbylinemanager.
