岗位职责：
DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Supportstheproductmanagerinthedevelopmentandimplementationofstrategicproductandannualbusinessplanstargetingmarkets,industries,andcustomers.
2.IncreasessalesandmarketshareofassignedproductlineinsupportofDivisionalobjectives.Tracksprogresstoplanforrevenue,profit,andbacklog.
3.Workswithproductmanagertoimproveprofitandreturnoninvestmentofassignedproductline.Supportscostreduction,capacityplanning,andqualityimprovementprojectswithinestablishedguidelines.
4.WorkswithsalesteamtoinitiatenewopportunitiesforSensors,followuptheprojects,actionplanof
conceptdesign,managementofproposalphase(IandII),strategiesforpricing/costing,/timing/quality.
5.Managesnewdevelopmentactivityorexistingproductlinesassociatedwithextendingandgrowingthelifeofassignedproductlines.
6.ConductsS&OPimplementationandquarterlycapacityreviewwithcustomersforassignedproducts.
7.Underthedirectionoftheproductmanager,reviewsandapprovesspecialpricerequests,maintainspricebandsandpricelistsandmakesrecommendationsforpricingstrategiesfornewandexistingproducts.
8.Implementsproductpromotionandcommercializationplansincluding;salestools,literature,distribution,stocking,training,e-commerce,webcontentandsampling.
9.SupportsMolexTQMprogrambyfollowingapprovedpoliciesandprocedures.
10.Performsotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagement.
11.Participateintrainings,andactivelyreportingL&Emisconduct.
任职要求：
REQUIRED:
1.Min3yearscollegestudiesintheareasofEngineering,Marketing,ProjectManagement,productmanagementorBusiness
2.Min5yearsrelevantexperienceinsales,marketingorengineering
3.Organizationalskillstoanticipate,plan,prioritizeandself-monitorworkload.
Effectivewrittenandoralcommunicationskillsthatdemonstratetheabilitytoexpressideasandexchangeinformationclearlyandconcisely.
4.Interpersonalskillstoeffectivelyworkwithco-workersandexternalcontactstorespondpositivelytosituations.
5.AboveaveragecommunicationskillsthatdemonstratetheabilitytoprepareanddeliverconciseandeffectivepresentationstocustomersandMolexpersonnel.
PREFERRED:
1.BachelorDegree
2.3+yearsexperienceinautomotiveindustryinasales,marketing,productmanagementorengineeringrole
3.PCskills-spreadsheets,databasemanagement,graphics,Internet,etc.
4.OTHER:Mustbeself-motivatedandgoaloriented.
