岗位职责：
Businessstructure:TherolereportsdirectlytothePolestarPlantManagerandthePolestarHeadofITChineseOperations(temporarilytothePolestarCIO,whilsttheHeadofITpositionisempty).
Purpose:ResponsiblefortheongoingITdeliveryofonsiteservicesandfunctionalitytomaintainthePlantsoperationaldeliveryandongoingfuturedelivery.
Maintasks/Responsibilities:SupportstheinitialimplementationandthentheongoingrunningoftheITsolutionstosupporttheChengduPlant?ProvidetheonsiteITServicetothePlant,actingasthesubjectmatterexperttosupportthePlant’soperation.?FullResponsibilityfortheInfrastructureandtheApplicationssupportingthePlant,withthesupportoftheManufacturingCentreofExcellence(CoE)?Wherenecessary,managetheday-to-dayrunningofmultipleactivitiesandprojectsthroughtheirentirelifecycle,includingthemanagementofissueandriskresolution,changecontrolandinter-projectdependenciesacrosstheportfoliowhereappropriate.?Maintainaclearviewoftheperformanceofcurrentoperationalsystemsandprocesses,identifyingareasforimprovementwithintheCoE,includingappropriateSupplierManagementandoutsourcingmanagement?Managetheresolutionofproblemsresultingfromperformanceissuesand/orcustomerfeedback,actingasanescalationpointandMajorIncidentManagerifrequired?EnsureendtoendIncidentandProblemresolutionprocessesareinplaceandfitforpurposetosupportthePlant?Establishandmaintainamanagementreviewprocesstoensurealloperationalissuesarebeingidentifiedandstakeholdersareinformedofimprovementprogress?DailymanagementofonsiteITdepartment,includingthedeliveryandperformancemanagementoftheITEmployees,costandbudgetmanagement?ParticipateandsupportinthePSCDSetupProjectandactivelyprepareformaintenancehandovertotheSupportandMaintenanceorganisation
?CompetenceRequirements:?BachelororMasterinComputerScienceorComputerApplication.?GoodKnowledgeofITInfrastructure(Network\Server\Database\ITservice).?GoodKnowledgeofApplications(ProductionControl\MP&L\Quality).?Goodmanagementskillsandcommunicationatalllevels.?GoodKnowledgeofProjectManagement.?KnowaboutthemanagementprocessinVehicleManufacture.WorkedanddeliveredleadershipresponsibilitieswithintheITdepartmentofaManufacturecompany.?Goodoral/writtenEnglish.?Goodinterpersonalskills.?Highlymotivatedandflexible.
