岗位职责：
IdentifiesandinitiatesresolutionstouserproblemsandconcernsassociatedwithWindows/Macdesktops,laptops.
ProvidePC/Macstandardandbusinesssoftwaresupport
Managefileanddataaccessforusers.
ProvideITresources/policies/tools/softwaretrainingtoenduserstoimproveproductivity.
Accuratelylogsproblemsandtheirassociatedresolutionsintothestandardizedhelpdeskapplication(ServiceNow).
MaintainnetworkInfrastructureandInformationSystemsstandardsinaconsistentway.
EnsurethatVirusProtectionandPatchManagementismaintained.
Ensurethataccuratedocumentation,assetmanagementandsoftwarelicensingisprovidedacrosstheirsite(s).
Assistswiththeplanning,purchasingandimplementationofPChardwareandsoftwareincompliancestandardpoliciesandprocedures.
Assistswithremoteproblemresolutionforoff-siteusersasrequired.
Ensuresahighlevelofclientsatisfactionandservicelevelagreementsareachievedtothebestoftheirability.
Assistswiththemanagementofprojectsonsiteasrequired.
Providemobilesoftwaresupport
Providevideoconference,meetingroom,projectorsupport.
任职要求：
Aminimumbachelordegree
Above3yearsworkingexperienceinITusersupportandsystemsupport.
SolidexperiencewiththeusageofWindows10/7andMacsystem.
BefamiliarwithITILprocess.
Knowledgeonnetworkandserver.E.g.,AD,DHCP,DNSandNTFSfilessystem.
Responsibleforworkassigned,goodcommunicationskill,andhavestrongteamworkspirit.
Haveactiveworkattitude,behonestandhardworking.
HighlypreferMCITP,ITILFoundationandCCNA.
