岗位职责:
·Usebothaccountinteractionandpubliclyavailabletoolstomonitorcompetitors'activitiesasitrelatestoboththehotelandtheportfolioofaccountsandsharerelevantinformationwithkeystakeholdersinlinewithhotelprocedures
·Providefeedbacktomanagementonchangingmarketconditions,includingcompetitionandmarkettrends
·InvolveSalesExecutiveorSalesManagerwhereappropriateonsalescallsandsalesmeetings
·Communicatetohis/hersuperioranyissuesencounteredandotherrelevantinformation
·Attendandparticipateintrainingsessions,dailybriefingsandothermeetingsasrequired
·Networkwithinone’sportfolioofaccountstobuildrelationshipswithkeydecisionmakersandotherrelevantstaff
·SupportSalesExecutiveinconductingclientmeetingsaswellasplanningandcoordinatingsiteintroductiontoursandinspections
·Handleandmanageclients’queriesorissues
·Beproactiveandresponsibleforthefollowupofnewsalesleadstoenhanceguestexperience
·Developandmaintaincontactwithbusinessgenerators(MICEPlanner;travelagents;etc.)
任职要求:
·In-depthknowledgeofsalesprinciplesandtechniques
·Effectivecommunicationandnegotiationskills
·Strongknowledgeofhotelproducts,ratesandmarketingprogrammes
·ExcellentPCskills(includingMSOffice)
·Abilitytodevelopstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandotherstakeholders
KnowledgeandexperienceofSalesSystems(i.e.Delphi;Opera;etc.)isadvantageou
