岗位职责：1.Driveacompletemechanicalengineeringteamincompany.2.MechanicalSystemsR&DandTechnicalbusinessdevelopmentSupport.3.MechanicalTechnologyandProduct/ProcessDFx,DOE4.Overseeengineeringfunctionsoftheconcept&developmentphasesofastructuredproductdevelopmentprocessformechanicalsystemsandcomponents.5.SupporttheanalysisofnewproductsforDFAandmechanicalprocessflowforeffectiveRFQprocessing.6.Trouble-shootandsolvetechnicallycomplexmechanicaldesignproblems7.Technicalsupportofbusinessdevelopmentactivities.8.Communicatecustomerproducttrendsandassociatedfuturerequirementswithinternaltechnologyanddevelopmentfunctionstodriveinnovationandvalue-addcapabilitiesforcompany。
任职要求：
1.MasterDegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorequivalent;advancedtechnicaldegreepreferred;10+yearsofrelevantpowersupplyproductsdevelopmentorengineeringexperience2.Strongindependentplanning&customerinterfaceskills3.Advancedtrainingandexperiencewithvarioustechnologies(Thermalengineering,Acoustic,6-Sigma,DOE,etc.)4.Strongdesignknowledgeofpowersupply/adaptorproducts.5.Strongworkingknowledgeofmanufacturingathighvolumeswithdirectfactorysupportexperience.6.Communicationsskillsmustinclude:FluentinEnglishtocommunicateondesignpresentation,testingresults,Failureanalysis,solutions,etc,tocross-functionalwithvariousengineeringbackgroundsbothinternallyandexternally7.Writtenskillsforvarioustypesofreportingincludingbutnotlimitedto:DataCollection/ProcessControl,ProcessCapabilityStudies,QualityReportingperFSD,cGMPand/orISOstandards,Forecasting,VolumeProjections,Actualvs.PredictedProductionPerformanceandQuoting.
