初级应用工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
1.按工程主管的要求，支持制图和CAD工作。
2.正确的处理零件编号和项目和生产项目的物料清单。
3.在工程经理的监督下，通过电话/电子邮件解决客户问题。
4.现场测量:在工程经理的指导下，访问客户站点，了解需要润滑系统的机器的细节。必要时准备访问报告。
5.现场监督:在工程经理的指导下，拜访客户现场，监督安装的正确安装，并启动润滑系统。必要时准备访问报告。
6.协助解决或解决与生产或不合格问题相关的任何内部工程问题。
7.记录并解决产品质量问题。
任职要求：
1.优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
2.有液压或气动系统专业背景。
3.熟练运用办公软件(Word，Excel，Powerpoint，Outlook)等。
4.了解SAP者优先。
5.计算机技能:微软办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT等)、AutoCad或2DCad程序，了解3DCad者更佳。
6.有良好的人际交往能力，与人为善，跨文化的理解能力和组织协调能力。
Mainresponsibilities:
1.SupportDrawingandCADworkasdirectedbytheEngineeringManager.
2.PropercreationofpartnumbersandBillofmaterialsforprojectsandproductionitems.
3.HelpTroubleshootinganycustomerproblemsbyphone/emailunderthesupervisionoftheEngineeringManager.
4.SiteSurveying:UnderthedirectionoftheEngineeringmanagervisitcustomersitestotakedowndetailsofmachinesthatrequirelubricationsystem.Preparevisitreportasnecessary.
5.SiteSupervision:Underthedirectionoftheengineeringmanagervisitcustomersitestosupervisethecorrectinstallationandstartupoflubriciationsystem.Preparevisitreportasnecessary.
6.Assistintroubleshootingorhelpofanyinternalengineeringissuesrelatedtotheproductionornonconformingissues.
7.Documentandresolvequalityissues.
Requirments:
1.Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills.
2.HydraulicorPneumaticsystemsbackground.
3.GoodworkingknowledgeofMSOfficeApplications(Word,Excel,Powerpoint,Outlook).
4.KnowledgeofSAPusefulbutnotessential.
5.Computerskills:MicrosoftOffice(Word,Excel,PPT,etc),AutoCador2DCadprogram,3DCadwouldbeaplus.
