10.Lessonlearncardmakingandprovidetrainingforallrelatedfunctionsmember(assemblyoperatorsandIPQC&assistantengineer&engineer)
11.Completeimprovementformachinedesignanddebugusingallresourceontime.
12.Pushallrelationprocessandproductimprovementsindependently.
13.Trainingjuniorengineerworkskillandgoodworkmethodandconnectorassemblytechnology.
任职要求：
1.UniversityDegreeorabove
2.Graduateincorrelativemechanicsorelectronics
3.FamiliarwithCADandofficesoftwareoperationknowledge
4.GoodinEnglishreading,writingandspeaking;
5.FamiliaritywithMechanicaltheory&drawing.
6.3-yearcorrelativeworkingexperienceand6-yearexperienceinconnectorassemblyfixturedesign&debug&processdesign.
7.Familiaritywithconnectorandmaterialcharacters.
