岗位职责：

·Designanddevelopcoremodulesinlinewithbusinessneedsformobileapplications

·Makedecisionsonsolutionanddevelop/reviewsolutionanddesignwithconsiderationofbusinessvalues,quality,standards,guidelines,highreusabilityandbestpractices

·Engagestakeholdersindesign,prioritysettingandimplementation

·Identifyqualityandsecurityissuesforimprovementandprovidesolutionintermsofarchitectureforprojectteam

·Provideexpertise,consultingandguidancetodesignersanddevelopers

·Developinnovativesolutionandmakeimprovementonprocessandapproachofday-to-dayactivitieswithasystematicapproachtopreventissuesfromrecurrence

·StudythenewtechnologyandleadthedeveloperstocompletethePoC

·Achievementdefinedinperformanceindicatorandrelatedproject/strategicinitiativesKPI

·Feedbackfromcustomersorstakeholdersregardingthearchitecture

·Activelycommunicatewithprojectteamsaboutprojectstatus,issuesandknowledgesharing

·Provideadvice,facilitatediscussionandresolvesconflictwithinteamtoaccomplishworkobjectives

·Engagestakeholdersindesign,prioritysettingandimplementation

任职要求：

·BachelordegreeoraboveinITdiscipline

·Over8yearsofITrelevantexperienceincluding2yearsofexperienceassystemdesignrole

·Knowledgeofvariousarchitectureareasandgoodunderstandingofmobileappnative/Hybriddevelopment,Microservices,aswellasmodulizationdesignandmodellingtechnologies,e.g.OO,Agilemodel,etc.

·Hands-onexperiencewiththepopularJSFrameworks,Bootstrap/AngularJS/EmberJS/HTML5/Cocos2dJS/ionic

·In-depthknowledgeofJavaorObj-Clanguage

·Goodunderstandingofthebusinessarchitectureofacertainbusinesssubjectareaininsurance

·Effectivecommunicationskills

·Innovativeproblemsolvingskills

·FluentEnglishbothinoralandwritten

·Experiencewithmobileappperformancetuningisaplus
