岗位职责：
1.EarlyProcurementInvolvementBeactivelyinvolvedintheproductdevelopment/manufacturingprocessaswellasundertakingandpushingforwardcostreductionmeasures(designtocost,targetcosting,standardization,CVE,keydata,etc.)toachievethetargetcostsformaterialsandreducetheoverallmaterialcostsbyfulfillingthenecessaryfunctions.CloselyalignwithR&DandstrategicProcurement(GCMs,StrategyBuyers,CVEs);2.EarlySupplierIntegrationIncludesuppliersandconductcost-benefitanalysisworkshops,innovationworkshopsandconceptcompetitionswithkeysuppliersinordertoconcentrateonthekeyfunctionsofthecomponents/projects;3.AlignmentaboutGivenCross-functionalProcurementStrategyIntroduceandfollowupgivencross-functionalProcurementstrategies(SMS&componentstrategy)toensurethelinkageofcategorystrategiesandtechnologicalmarkettrends;4.StrategyAlignmentSupportactivitiesplannedbythelinesofbusinessinordertoharmonizeandimplementthetechnologicalline-of-businessstrategieswithprocurementstrategies.Ensuresourceavailableforrequiredtechnologyfeatures;5.SourceDecisionPreparesourcingdecisionswithinterfacepartners,gettheSourcingCommitteedecidesonthemostefficientsupplier/manufacturerfortherequiredcomponents;6.SupplierManagement:TechnologyAssessanddevelopsuppliersfromthetechnologicalstandpoint(ifnecessary,jointlywithinterfacepartners)inordertoconcentrateonthebestsuppliers;7.RiskManagementIdentifycomponentriskandsupplierrisk,ensureriskhasbeenreportedandmeasuressetintheRiskManagementplantoremoveandcontroltherisk;8.ProjectSampleAvailabilityEnsurecomponent/sampleavailabilityismatchingwithprojecttimetablebasedoncorrectbuyingandprocurementprocesses/EnsuranceofInteranetandSAPisreadyfornextbuild;9.CommunicationandProcurmentInternalManagementforprojectAsprocurementwindowinproject,Participateinworkgroupsandworkinprojectsinordertostayinformedandkeepothers(SB/GCM/CVE)informed,andmanageprocurementinternallyandoutputtoprojectaccordingtoprojecttimeschedule
任职要求：
1.Morethan5yearsexperienceinvariousprocurementfunctionsespeciallyinproductbusiness,cross-functionalexperiencegainedinotherfunctionalareasorcomparableexperienceispreferred,globalsourcingorsupplychainoperationscouldbeavalueplus.2.ExperiencesinProjectManagementofR&DandNewProductIntroductionwhichisintensivelyassociatedwithProcurementEngineering.3.2-3yearsexperienceabroadorinternationalcompanyisprefered,andthecapabilitytonegotiateandtooperateindifferentculturesOtherskills:1.Sourcingrelatedknowledgewithmechanicalandelectronicparts2.Knowledgeofprocurementmethodsandproceduresisessentialtoensurecompliancewiththecompany’sprocedure;3.Experienceindrivingdesigntocostandknowledgeofcostdownrelatedmethodology;4.Growspracticalknowledgeintechnologyfield/businessmethod,conductMarketAnalysis5.Capabilitytonegotiateandtooperateindifferentcultures.6.Strategic&Systematicthinkingandproblemsolvingskills;7.GoodinterpersonalandCommunicationSkills;8.Demonstrationabilitytomaintaineffectiveworkingrelationsasateammemberandprocurementinternalteamleader;9.GoodoralandwritinginEnglish;10.Open,Integrity,Responsible,quickresponseandTeamwork;
