岗位职责：
SUMMARYTakethemajorresponsibilityforleadingthehardwareandfirmwaredesignforsensors,switchesandotherembeddedlightingcontroldevices.Driveinnovationandcontinuousimprovementbynewtechnologiesandmethodologies.Thepositionsrequiresahighdegreeoftechnicalcompetenceandisexpectedtoresolvetechnicalproblemswhennecessary.
ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIESinclude,butnotlimitedtofollowings:1.Leadproductdesigncoveringthewholeprodcutdevelopmentphases,includingconcepts,schematics,simulation,PCBlayout,firmwaredevelopment,prototypebuilding,BOMandcostanalysis,designvalidationandNPIsupportforproductintroductiontomanufacturing2.Followdesignprocessandprojectscheduletodeliverdesigndocuments.3.Leadprodcutdesignmeetinginteriorqualityrequriementsandinternationalregulationsbycooperatingwithcorrelatedteammemberandrelateddepartmentssuchasmechanicalengineers,testengineersandQCengineers;mustbecognizantofpotentialsafetyissuesatalltimes4.Benchmarkcriticalpartsandfunctionalblocksforuniversality/compatibilityandcosteffectiveness;assistsourceingdepartmenttopickstrategicvendors&partstomeetdesigngoals
5.Debugandroot-causeanalysisfordesignissues;providetechnicalsupportfordesignrelatedissuesfoundinManufacturingorfield.6.Endoflifere-designandcostdownre-designwhenrequired.7.Participatesinformalaswellasinformalproductdesignreviews
