1Toreviewthevariousprojectcontractsfromtheclientsandparticipateinthecontractnegotiationifnecessary.Providelegaladviceduringtheexecutionoftheprojectcontracts.2Todraft,reviewothercontractsbasedontherequirementfromdifferentdepartments.3Legalresearchforthelatestlaws,regulationsandpoliciesinchemicalindustry.4Routine,suchasupdatingandmaintainingthedatasheetforcontractswhichshallbearchivedbyLGAdepartment,ISMSwork.
任职要求：
14to6yearsofworkexperiencerelatedtocontract.2Havingworkexperienceinchemicalindustryispreferred.3Befamiliarwithvariouslawsinrespectofcontract,insurance,bondandcommerce.4LegalbackgroundwithNationalLawyerCertificateispreferred.5FluentEnglishinbothoralandwriting.
