岗位职责：
一、Jobresponsibilities/岗位职责：Thecandidatewillberesponsiblefortherefinementofthemachines;preparingthediesandtoolsinordertoletthepressshapethepowder,aswellascheckitsstate.Withthispurpose,hewillbeinchargeof/候选人将负责机器的改进，准备模具和工具，以让压机塑造粉末，以及检查其状态。有了这个目的，他将负责:
1.Assemblyanddisassemblyofpresses/压力机的装配和拆卸.
1）Takethediesoffthewarehouseandtakeittomachine-levels.Achievegraphs,patternsandcontroldevicesfromthemetrologyarea/把模具从仓库拿出来，送到机器上。从计量领域实现图形、模式和控制设备.
2）Readassemblydrawingsandassemblingthediesaccordingtotheestablishedguidelines/根据设定的指导方针，阅读装配图并组装模具.
3）Removaloftheassemblytools,disassemblyandreturnofautomatismsanddies/装配工具的拆卸，拆卸并归还模具.
4）Provideareportofdiesindicatingitsstate/提供模具状态报告.
2.Makechangestopresses’toolkits,changeofdies,adjustmentofpresspit,equipmentcalibration,etc/对压力机的工具箱、模具的更换、压坑的调整、设备的校准等进行更改.
1）Carryouttuningchecks,enteringdataintothecomputer,makingthenecessarycorrectionstoachievetheprocessingcapacity/进行调优检查，将数据输入计算机，进行必要的校正，以达到处理能力.
3.Checks/检查
1）PerformCIP(ControlStartingProcess)beforeoflaunchingtheproductionofnewparts/在投产新零件前执行CIP（控制启动过程）.
2）CarryoutthenecessarychecksfortheCIPaccordingtoskeletoncontrolsheets/根据基本控制板对CIP进行必要的检查.
3）MakethenecessarymodificationstothemachineuntilthepartisproducedwithinthetoleranceslimitsforeachCIPmeasurement/对机器进行必要的修改，直到零件在每个CIP测量的公差范围内生产为止。.
4）Makethenecessarychangesaccordingtothemanager’sinstructions/根据经理的指示做必要的修改.
4.Metrology/计量学:Useofcoordinatesmeasuringmachines/坐标测量机的使用.
5.Researchandanalysis/研究和分析
任职要求：
1.Experiencewithmachineryandtools/有机械和经验.
2.Knowledgeinmechanics,hydraulics,pneumatics/有机械力学、液压、气动相关知识.
3.Previousexperienceintheautomotivesector(minimumof1-2years)/汽车行业的经验（最少1-2年）.
4.Responsible,proactive,versatileandmechanicalvocation/责任心强，积极主动，多才多艺，机械行业.
5.Usedtoworkinshifts/能适应倒班工作.
6.Englishskillandpowdermetallurgyworkexperiencewillbeaplus/英语技能及粉末冶金工作经验优先.
