Senior Chemist工作职责
岗位职责：
1.Developnewproduct,improveexitingformulaundersupervision.
在指导下开发新产品，改进现有配方
2.PerformchemicalexperimentstrictlyfollowingtheLaboratorySOPorcustomerspecificrequirementindependently,suchaslabbatchmaking,panelspreparationforcustomerapproval,performancetesting&customerneeddocumentpreparationandanyotherdiversetests.
根据实验室作业指导书或客户需要，独立操作化学实验，如小样制备、性能测试&文件准备及其他种类的测试
3.Maintaintheformulainthesystemtoinstructproduction
在系统中维护配方指导生产
4.Supporttroubleshootingforproductionorcustomerlineifneeded.
在需要时，支持生产或客户线的技术问题解决5.Maintainequipmentandlaboratoryfacilitiesconsistentwithsafetyandqualityprinciple.
按照安全及质量的要求，维护实验室设备和设施
6.Responsiblefortheexperimentalanalysisandissuethereport
负责实验结果的分析及撰写报告
7.Assistsupervisortooptimizeproductionprocess/formuladesign/materialoffsettocontinuallyreducemanufacturingcycletimesandproductcost,improvequalitycontrolandtheoverallperformanceofcoatings.
协助主管优化生产流程/配方设计/材料消减以持续的缩短生产周期，降低产品成本，提高品质控制和产品性能
8.SupportSupervisortohandledailylabmanagement,andhavesomeexperienceinlabmanagement
协助上级处理实验室日常管理及安排，有涂料/密封胶类产品开发实验室管理经验优先
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’sdegreeinchemistryorequivalent,chemistrymajored
本科以上学历，化工或相关专业；
2.GoodCommunicationandlearningability良好的沟通和学习能力
3.AdequateEnglishabilityandPCskill
适当的英文能力及计算机水平
