岗位职责：

1)ParticipatesinproductdesignreviewandDFMEAdiscussiontoensurethemoldingandmassproductionfeasibility;provideproposaldesignforpossibleimprovementbasedonmoldflowanalysis;2)WorkswithPMtoidentifymolddevelopingschedulesbasedontheriskassessmentofmolddevelopment;3)Cooperatewithprocessandtoolingengineertoreviewcycletime,operators,autoproductionstrategyandreviewthecomponentsdesignanddebugwithtoolingengineerandoutsidevender;4)PreparesCADmolddesignmodelswhichcoverdetails,layoutsandassembliesofnewmolddesignfornewandrevisedmoldedproducts;5)Leadsmolddesignreviewmeetingandmolddesigndetailingonrequiredmolddesignwork;ensuresthemanufacturingfeasibilityforeachdetailofmold;6)PreparesPARformoldtoassistforoutsidefabricationandtracksmoldfabricationprogress;7)LeadsthemoldassemblywiththesupportoftoolingEngineerandcheckthemoldandinserts;8)Workwithtoolingengineerformolddebug(includingcriticaldimensionsreview,Failuredisposition…)untilthemoldisqualifiedandtransfertomassproduction;9)Takeschallengeforthemid-complicatedmolddesignandnewtechnologydevelopment;10)FollowsProductDevelopmentProcedureandmakesuretoolingdevelopmentonrightphase;11)SummarizesandsharesLessonLearn;12)Performsotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanager.

任职要求：

1)StrongCADskills,MasterUG/PRoE/Catia2)Organizationskillstoanticipate,plan,organizeandself-monitorworkload;3)Stronganalyticalabilitytoapplylogicalreasoning,testassumptions,observesresultsandtroubleshooting.

4)Strongcommunication,coordinationandteam-workability5)Befamiliarwithinspectionskill6)Befamiliarwithmoldingprocess7)Knowthecharacterofcommonengineeringresin(suchasHDPE,LDPE,POM,PPS,PBT,PC…)8)Knowmoldfabricationmethodandprocess9)Universityoftechnologycompletioninmechanicmajor/materialformingandcontrolengineering/polymermaterialandengineering;

10)GD&T,EngineeringGraphicsorequivalentCADtraining.11)Atleast3yearsexperienceinmolddesign
