岗位职责：
1–Trainrelevantpersonnelinprocessesandensurethedeploymentandcapitalisationoftechnicalskillsatthesite-Trainandsupportrelevantpersonnelinworkmethodologies,operatingprocessesandtools-Makethenecessarydecisionstooptimiseresults,inlinewithinitialdata2-Ensuretheproductivityofexistingprocesses/products-Managethetechnicaldatabase-Defineproductionstandards-Helptodevelopandoptimisetheproductionprocess-Providetechnicalinputforprocessesandworkstationstomaketechnicalimprovements-Scheduleandmaintainororganisethemaintenanceoftooling,assemblymachinesandtheproduct-Makeproductionequipmentreliabletoimprovethequality,safety,etc.ofexistingmeans-Proposeinnovativetechnicalsolutionsconcerningcurrentmanufacturingprocessesinordertoreachproductivity,qualityimprovementandsafetyobjectivesandtoreducerunningtime-Negotiatewithanyexternalserviceprovidersandvalidatetheimplementationinthefieldofeffectivemeasuringandinspectionmeans-Optimiseexistingpackaging-Ensurecompliancewithworkstationuser-friendlinessrules-Troubleshoottosolvequalityproblems-Technicallysolveproblemstoeliminate"qualityobstacles"-UsetimeanalysisandSMEDtooptimiseprocesses
-Useandfollowprocesses,instructionsheetsandappendicesandproposeimprovements.-Ensurethathis/herworkiscarriedoutincompliancewithsafetyandenvironmentalprotectionrules.ReportanydeteriorationoranomalyinpreventiveorprotectiveequipmentrelatingtoHealth&SafetyandtheEnvironment.
任职要求：
1.有注塑行业和汽车零部件相关工作工艺工程工作经验优先
2.工科背景，本科以上学历；
3.了解TS体系和5大工具；
4.英语可作为工作语言。
