可持续发展经理工作职责
岗位职责：
1、负责基于生产实际，建立及完善公司质量管理体系各级文件，包括手册、程序文件、作业指导书以及各项执行表格记录。

2、负责公司生产工艺的改进，包括设计一些工装工具及整合简单自动化系统，提高工艺自动化程度，减少人工及成本。

3、入职后了解污水处理流程以便和客人介绍，监督实验室的的日常监测和运行。

4、负责与客户保持良好沟通并建立良好客户关系。

5、负责处理各客户社会责任验厂及技术验厂，并组织后续改善。

6、负责管理工厂环境、健康、安全，建立并完善程序文件，监督执行。

任职要求：
1、染整、化工、环保相关专业背景，具有5年以上工厂经验，在管理职位上至少2年以上经验，最好有服装行业经验。
Dyeing/Finishing,chemical,orenvironmentrelatedbackground,above5yearsfactoryexperienceinfactory,andatleast2yearsexperienceonmanagerposition,preferTextile/Garmentfactoryexperience.
2、熟悉质量管理体系，有相关体系建立的经验更佳。
Familiarwithqualitymanagementsystem,havesystemconstructionexperienceispreferred.
3、熟悉Office,CAD等办公软件。
FamiliarwithMicrooffice,CAD.
4、英文能流利沟通，要求能与欧美客户流利沟通，包括口头和书面。
ExcellentEnglishskills,communicatewithEuropeanorAmericanbuyerssmoothly,includeoralandwriting.
5、人际关系处理能力良好，要求能快速有效建立起良好的人际关系。
Goodcommunicationskills,goodinterpersonalrelationshipbuildingskills.
6、本职位长驻柬埔寨工厂，要求能接受长期海外工作，家庭无阻碍。
