岗位职责：
SportsCentreReceptionist:
·Greetpeoplewithafriendly,professionalandwelcomingmanner.
·ManageparentemailandSMScommunication.
·Answerthetelephoneinafriendly,professionalandpolitemanner.
·Dealwithparent/student/communityenquiriesasappropriate.
·Ensuretheentrancefoyeriswellmaintainedandorganizedwithrelevantreadingmaterial.
·EnsureaccuratetripinformationisavailableonSOCScalendarandupdateasrequired.
·Liaisewithschoolsecretariestokeepinternaldatabasesuptodate(SOCSandparentcalendar).
·Liaisewithparentstoconfirmthedetailsabouttheparticipationoftripactivities.
·BooktheflightandhotelasinstructedbytheTripsandTravelAdminExecutive.
·Checkstudentrecordsandinformtripleader/coordinatorofanyalternations.
·Dealwithparentenquiriesinrelatedtotrips,LTS,CCAsandDCPasappropriate.
·Createschedules,timetablesandotherinformationasrequiredbyLineManager.
·LiaisewiththeSecurityguardsandSecuritySupervisortoensurethatfacilitiesandstaffaresecureatalltimesduringDCPactivities.
·Reportallinappropriateand/orunauthorizeduseoffacilitiesimmediatelytoLineManger.
·ReportanysafeguardingconcernsorissuesimmediatelytoLineManager.
·Operateelectronicmailsystemandcoordinatestheflowofinformationbothinternallyandwithotherorganizationsasappropriate.
·Provideverbalandwrittentranslationsasnecessary.
·Communicatewithparents,studentsandemployeesasappropriate.
·Attendanyadditionalexternalevents,asrequiredandrequestedbyLineManager.
·TocarryoutotheradministrativetasksanddutiesasrequiredbyLineManager.
任职要求：
·FluentinEnglishandMandarinbothinverbal&written.
·Goodcomputerskills.
·Experienceintravelindustryanadvantage.
·Experiencesincommunicationwithparents,staffandstudentsarepreferred.
·Strongsenseofteamworkspiritisrequired.
·Abilitytouseinitiativeandgoodtimemanagement.
·Goodinterpersonalcommunicationskills.
·Mature,responsible,detail-oriented,flexible.
