岗位职责：
·LeadsanddrivestheBasicPatternselectionprocess,andunderstandfuturebusinessneedstodeterminefuturebasicpatternrequirements
·Developbasicandmodelpatterns,drivethepatterncreationoffullygradedtechnicallyinnovativebasicandfitcriticalmodelpatternsincooperationwithX-functionalpartnersbasedonmarketrequirements;maintainstheinformationintheproductcreationsystemandensuresthatnewpatternsareweartestedasneeded
·IncollaborationwithallglobalpatternteamsconsolidatesbasicpatternacrossallBUs,ensuresalignedneedsofallCCandisacontactforallbasicpatterndirectionsandapplicationusageforassignedcategory
·Evaluates,createsandimplementsstandardgradingrulestoensureconsistencyinfitandcontributesactivelyintermsoffit/principlepatternguidelines
·Understandsandconsidersrelationshipbetweenpattern/materialusage/yieldsduringpatterncreationasitrelatestomargins
·ConsultsandtrainsMarketing,Design,ProductDeveloperonpatternandfitupdatesandissueresolution
·Monitorsperformance,trainsandconsultsonpatterncreationandgradingforareaofresponsibility
·DevelopstrainingplansandmanualsfortheglobalpatternandProductDevelopmentteams.(i.e.howtomeasuremanual)
·Mentorsnewhires(PatternMakers/ProductDeveloper)inpatternmaking/fit
·Worksonanongoingbasisonnewsolutionstoreachcreativepatterngoals,byusingnewmethodsandsystemsand/ornewconstructions
·Whereapplicablecreatesvirtualprototypestoincreasespeedandefficiencyoftheproductcreationprocess
·Managesthetestingofnewpatternsandgarmentconstructionincooperationwiththesampleshopifapplicable
