岗位职责：
1)Formulatearchitecturaldesignconceptsanddevelopintofinaldesigndocumentsindependently,especiallyintheaspectofdesigncreativityandtechnologicalinnovation;2)Makeprojectworkingschedulesandassignment,coordinatewithteammembers.3)Takechargeintheresearchandrealizationofdesigndetailsandmaterials.4)Ensuredesignandservicequalityandthecompletenessofdesigncommission.5)Solvethedesignquestionsintimeandmakepresentation.6)Makereporttodesignprincipalfortheworkingprocessweekly.7)Coordinatewithengineeringteamforthedevelopmentofdesigndocumentation.8)Participateinbuildingthecatalogueanddigitaldatabaseofdesignprototype,detailsandmaterials.9)MakesitesupervisionduringprojectconstructionprocessoutsideShanghai.10)Inchargeofintegrationandconstanttrainingofdesignjuniorteammemberstoimprovetheircommunicationsandprofessionalskills.11)Evaluatetheperformanceofjuniorteammembers;givefeedbacktothemtoimprovetheteamperformance.
任职要求：
1.Bachelordegreeoraboveinarchitectureorurbanplanning2.Atleast5years’experienceinleadingthedesignoflarge-scaleprojects；expertiseindesignorganizationmanagementandtheabilitytoaccuratelycomprehendtheprojectandtheowner’sdemand,withgoodcommunicationandcoordinationskills3.Excellentdesigntechniquesandgraphicskills4.Atleast3yearsexperienceinthewholeprocessofarchitecturaldesign(program,preliminarydesignandshopdrawing)5.Apassionforarchitecture,excellentschemecreationandarchitecturalcreativitycapability,withakeenintellectandactivethinking6.Dedicationwithresponsibilityandagoodteamworkspirit.
