RFID工程师工作职责
岗位职责：
Responsible:
1.SupporttoRFengineertoaccomplishtheUHFRFIDproductsdevelopmentandconductthecomprehensiveanalysisonproductstructureandprocess.Trytoavoidthepotentialproblemsduringthemanufacturingprocess.
配合射频工程师完成UHFRFID产品开发，并就其产品的结构及工艺进行综合分析，在产品设计初期，避免产品结构可能会出现的问题.
2.Fordifferentapplicationrequirementsofdesigncompletethedetailedmechanicaldesignfornewproductsindependently;suchasexteriordesign、plasticcase、assemblydesignetc.
根据不同的产品应用要求，独立完成新产品的详细结构设计,如外观设计，塑料外壳、装配设计等.
3.DesignanddevelopnewideasandstructuresolutionsforRFIDproductorsystemproject;ascurrentproductsmodificationandimprovementsbasedoncustomerneedsandmarketstrategy.
为RFID产品或系统项目的设计和开发提供想法和解决方案;根据客户需求和市场策略对现有产品进行改进和改进;
4.Involvementindesignbeingcheckedintermsofstructuralpatentrightsandpatentapplication.
参与结构设计的专利检查与专利申请.
5.ParticipateinproductIDandapplicationenvironmentevaluation,Provideprofessionaladvice,ensuretheproductmanufacturabilityandreliability.
参与产品ID及使用场景评估，提出专业意见，确保产品的可制造性和可靠性。
6.ResponsibleforproductstructureBOM,drawings,producttechnicalstandardsandothertechnicaldocuments
负责产品的结构BOM、相关图纸、产品技术标准等技术文件的编制和输出。
7.Responsibleforthestructureoftheproductlifecycleandtheprocessdesignissuestoimprove,supportmassproductionqualityproblemsimproved;
负责产品生命周期内的结构、工艺设计问题改善，支持量产中质量问题的改善；
8.Responsibleforleadingnewproductsamples,testingandverification
负责跟进新产品的样品、测试和验证；
9.Researchandexplorenewtechnologyandlookatnewmaterials,andapplyittothecompany'sproducts.
研究探索新工艺新技术和寻找新材料，并且将其应用于公司产品。
任职要求：
Skillrequirements：
专业素质要求
1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinMechanicalManufacturingandIndustrialDesignorotherequivalents.
本科学历以上，机械制造或工业设计等相关专业；
2.Familiarwith2D/3Dsoftware,suchas,AutoCAD,Pro/E,Solid-works.
熟练使用Solid-works、Pro/E、AutoCAD等设计软件；
3.Familiarwithrawmaterialselection,molddesign,fabricatingprocess,moldingprocess.
熟悉原材料选择，模具设计，钣金工艺，注塑工艺
4.Befamiliarwithelectronicproductsafetystandard.
熟悉电子产品安规标准.
5.Stronginthedetailshands-onandabletogeneratecreativeideas.
动手能力强，能够提出创造性的想法.
6.Goodabilityofcommunicate,organizationandadaptability.
具备良好的沟通协调及应变能力
7.ProficientinEnglishreadingandwriting.BeabletocommunicatewithforeigncolleaguesinEnglishthroughE-mail.
能熟练使用英文与国外团队进行邮件沟通，良好的英语听说能力；
