岗位职责：
DeliverexcellentandtimelytechnicalsupporttoprovidetheMotorDesignTeamwithknowledgethroughoutproductdevelopmentprocess.-SupportMotorDesignTeambytranslatingtheirideas,sketchesand3DCADmodelsintoworkingprototypes.-Testrigdevelopment,maintenance,fabricationandcommissioning.-Performtestsusingarangeoftoolsthroughoutproductdevelopmentprocesses.Verifyfinalproductdesignstoensureproductsmeetthespecifiedstandards.Motorprototypedevelopmentandfabrication-Buildrequiredmotorbatches(includingmilling,turning,CNCmachining,welding,injectionmoulding,assembly)ofprototypeandengineeringsamples.-InconjunctionwiththeMotorDesignTeamidentifyanddevelopmotorprototypefabricationandassemblytechniquesforimprovedsamplequalityandreducedleadtimes.-Design,buildormanagesourcingofequipment,jigs&fixturesandtoolsneededformotorprototypedevelopmentandfabrication.-Ensureallequipmentandtoolsarecalibratedandmaintainedtoappropriatestandard.Testingofprototypeandproductionmotors-Developmentandcontinuousimprovementofmechanicalandelectricaltestrigs.-Performsandmonitorsteststoverifythatproductsmeettherequiredstandardspriortomanufacturing.oSetsupandrunlifetestsasperproceduresandchecklisttoaDesignVerificationPlan.oConductmotorperformancetestingfortorque,cogging,noise,vibration,BEMF,de-mag,etc.oAdherestoandimprovestestproceduresformotortesting.Customerfocus-Maintainscontinualawarenessofdesignrequirementsandprioritiestoproactivelyinitiatetechnicalsupport.-Plansownworktodelivercustomerrequirementswithinagreedtimeframes.-Keepsup-to-datewithinternalandexternalknowledgeofpracticesandstandardsthatcanimprovetechnicalsupportdelivery.Datacaptureandknowledgemanagement-Responsibleforcapturingandrecordingaccurate,cleartestdataforpresentationandanalysis.-Storesdata/knowledgeinanappropriateformforfuturereuse.Health&Safety-Takeallpracticablestepstoensuretheirownsafetyatwork-Ensurethattheiractionsorinactionsdon’tcauseharmtoanyotherperson-Followallsafetyinstructionsandreportallhazardsandincidentsintheworkplace
任职要求：Technical-TradesexperienceintoolmakingorfittingandturningalongwithCNCmachiningandprogramming.-ExperiencewithCAD(Creo/ProE,SolidWorks,)fordesignand2D/3Dmachiningwouldbeadvantageous.-Skillsworkingwithstandardworkshopequipmentandavarietyofmaterialsincludingplastics,metalandwood.-Systematicapproachtoproblemsolving/faultfindingtounderstandrootcausesoffailures.-Understandtheprinciplesandrationaleformotorreliabilityandperformancetesting.-Scientificapproachtocapturevalid&reliabledatathatinstilsconfidenceintheendresult.-Computerliteracy–MicrosoftExcel&Word.-Responsibilitybasedplanning.Setsandachievesobjectives.-Practicalassemblyskills–mechanicalandelectrical.-Englishwritingandspeaking
