岗位职责:

Developaneffectivenetworkwithinternal'clients',enablingyoutomaintainaclearunderstandingofthepreciseskills&experiencefortheirhiringneedsandtomanagetheprocesseseffectively.Includingregularcontactwithmarketing,businessleaders&hiringmanagers;
Liaiseandcoordinatesuccessfulcandidateswithoversightofallnecessaryprocessesfromoffertoonboard;
Providerelevantanalysisofrecruitmentmetricsasandwhenrequired;
Workwithmembersoftherecruiting&HRteamsacrossMolexallentitiestoensureunifiedandeffectiveprocesses;
WorkwithStaffingManagerandbothHRmanagerstobuildRecruitmentForecastanddevelopastrategytomeetplan.Supportimplementationofreportingsystem;
Divisionalstrategicco-ordinationofintern&campusrecruitmentandsignificantcross-borderexperiencedhirecampaigns;
Championaninclusiveworkculture,basedaroundinformation,process&talentsharingandensurecompliancewithMolexcompanypolicies(e.g.backgroundchecking)anddataprivacyregulations;
BestpracticesharingwithinteamevenHRdept.
MayleadoneormoreStaffingAssistantasaleader.Providecoachforthem.Managetheirperformance.Beresponsiblefortheirworkresult.Planandexecutedevelopmentprogramoractionfortheirdirectreport.
Activelyrespondingtoworkers’opinionsorcommentsregardingL&Emanagement;ensuringallworkersareprovidedwithL&Erelatedtrainings;ensuringL&Eissuesidentifiedininternalauditsarecorrectedinatimelymanner;andunderstandingandcooperatingactivelywiththecompany’sL&Eobjectives,targets,andactionplans.
任职要求:
Bachelordegreeinrelevantsubject.MajorinHumanResourceManagement,BusinessAdministrationorEnglishEducationispreferred
Atleast3ysexperienceinHumanResourceswithatleast2yearinRecruitingandStaffing;recuritmentexperienceinheadhuntingfirmispreferred
ConductInterviewindependently;
1-2years’experienceinmanufacturingsiteofMNCs.
GoodEnglishskillinoralandwritten;
Knowledgeableaboutrecruitmentprocessesandcapableofbuildinganexcellentnetworkandknowledgelevel(encompassingemploymentlawsandculturalfactors)intherelevantmarketsectors;
Interpersonalwithexcellentcommunicational&planningskills;
Stronganalyticalskill
