岗位职责：
1)Developdemandforecastsatmultiplelevels(warehouse,productcategory,brand,etc.)ofaggregationformultipletimehorizonsaspartofademandplanningfunction.
2)UseandmaintaintheprimaryforecastingsystemtoolandensuredataupdatedinSAPsystem.
3)AttendmonthlyS&OPmeetingwithcommercialteamandrelatedfunctionalteamtoreviewperformanceandensurefuturereasonablesalesforecast,andalignsupplyplantoscheduleproductionplan,replenishmentplan,andinventoryplan.
4)Properlyapplyandimproverelatedforecasttools;
5)Evaluatemonthlyforecastaccuracyandworkwithcommercialteamastocontinuouslytrack,coachandimproveforecastperformance.
6)SKUreviewforproductportfolioanalysis,inventoryclassdefinition.

任职要求：
1)Abilitytoeffectivelyworkcrossfunctionallyandgoodcommunicationskill.2）Strongknowledgeofdemandplanningprocess,SNPknowledgewillbeaplus3）Goodcommandofsupplychainplanningprocessfromlong-termtoshort-termplanning4）Strongstatisticsandanalyticalskills,datasensitive.5）SAPoperationknowledgeandskills6)GoodoralandwrittenEnglishskills7)BA/BSisrequired,preferablyinSupplyChain,OperationsManagement,Statisticsetc.8)Minimumof5yearsofSupplyChain,+3yearsPlanningexperiencepreferred
