岗位职责：

1.Determineandimplementappropriatequalitysamplingplansforproductioninspection;

2.Analyzedefectdata(production,scrap,andRGAs)toensurerootcauseresolution.Drivecorrectiveactionsandcontinuousimprovements.PromotesuseofCorrectiveActionSystem;

3.Reportqualitytrendweeklyandmonthly;

4.Helptoimproveprocesscapability,e.g.processaudit;

5.Plan,schedule,andimplementtrainingforqualitycontrolpersonwhoseworkdirectlyorindirectlyaffectproductsquality;

6.CarriesoutmanagementresponsibilitiesinaccordancewithCompany'spoliciesandapplicablelaws;

7.Activelyleadteams,whichinvolvevariousfunctionstowardsproblemsolvingandworkexcellence;

8.Monitorblockstock,ensuretocleanallgoodsformanufacturingprocessmaterial..

任职要求：

1.Strongunderstandingofqualityprinciplesandtools(e.g.,TQM,SPC,FMEA,GR&Retc);

2.ProficiencywithERP/SAP,MSOffice,MSMailandInternet;

3.Abilitytoeffectivelypresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfromengineers,managersandcustomers;

4.Abilitytowritereports,businesscorrespondence,evaluationsandothersimilarpapers;

5.Abilitytoread,analyzes,andinterpretsgeneralprofessionaljournals,ortechnicalpapers;

6.Abilitytocommunicatewithinternalandexternalpartners;

7.Abilitytodefineproblemscollectsdata,establishfactsanddrawvalidconclusions.
