外籍教师工作职责

岗位职责：

1.FormulateandcarryoutthecoursebasedontheCreativeCurriculumforInfants,ToddlersandTwo-Threeyearolds(0-4yearsold);

根据学校的教学大纲制定并执行对0-4岁的婴幼儿教育；

2.Preparingthemsociallyforlocalorinternationalkindergartens;

帮助孩子的全面发展,为日后进入当地或国际的幼儿园做好准备；

3．Keeprecordsofthestudents’progress,routines,andinterests,andkeepparentsinformedaboutthechild’sdevelopment;

能够通过教学、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务；

4．Provideadevelopmentallyappropriateclassroomenvironmentthatencouragesyoungchildren’slearningandgrowth;

能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理,促进幼儿的学习和成长；

5.EnsurethebestpracticesoftheCreativeCurriculumstandardsaremetandclassroomsreflectstudentsafetyandawarmandcaringlearningenvironment;

营造一种轻松、愉快的学习氛围来吸引学生积极参与其中；

任职要求：

1.Bachelor’sdegree(orabove)inEarlyChildhoodEducation,withvalidteachingcertificateisrequired;

大学本科或以上学历（早期教育专业），有教师资格证优先；

2.1+yearsteachingexperienceorworkexperienceinECEorarelatedfield；

1年以上教育经验或者同行相关的工作经验；

3.NativeEnglishorNativeEnglishspeakerwithexcellentcomprehensionandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish;

英语国家本地或接近英语国家的人，有优秀的口语及书面英语能力；

4.23to30yearsold,withgoodhealthandpleasantappearance;

年龄是23-30岁左右，身体健康，外形良好；

5.Outgoing,energetic,passionate,andcheerful.；Enjoyworkingwithyoungchildren;

性格开朗热情，活泼大方；喜爱与孩子相处；

6.Physicalcapabilities,toensurechildren’ssafetyandmeetthedemandsofteachingyoungchildren:

*Beabletolift25-30lbs

*Beabletowalk,squat/kneel,sitonfloor,see,hear,speakwithchildren

良好的身体素质，可以确保孩子的安全和需求：

*能够举起25-30磅重的东西；

*能够走动、蹲下、坐在地板上、能听、能看、能说，与孩子们进行互动以确保他们的健康和安全。
