精益生产工作职责

岗位职责：

1.Toleadandmanagenationalandinternationalconsultingprojectsinordertocreateleanaddedvalueprocessesinabroadbusinesssectorenvironment

在广泛的商业环境中，创建精益增值流程，领导和管理国内外咨询项目；

2.ToprovideprofessionalandtechnicalsupporttoourcustomersfromconceptiontosuccessfulimplementationofLeanPrinciplesinAdministration,ProductionandLogisticstotheoveralldesignoftheSupplyChain

通过在管理、生产以及基于整个供应链设计的物流体系中成功实施精益原则，为客户提供专业方面及技术方面的支持；

3.Toconductandfacilitateworkshopsaswellasfurtherdevelopingtheemployedconsultingmethods

为客户实施和组织研讨会，并不断开发更多的咨询方法；

4.TocarryoutcustomertrainingtogetherwithourAcademy

协同我们的学院共同为客户制定实施培训计划。

Yourprofile

任职要求：

1.AuniversitydegreepreferablyinEconomics,Engineering,orIndustrialEngineeringwithBusinessAdministrationortechnical/commercialvocationaltrainingwithseveralyearsofprofessionalexperience

本科及学历以上，经济、工程、工业工程等专业，具有多年商务管理、技术或商业职业培训实操经验；

2.FivetosixyearsofexperienceinimplementingprocessimprovementsincludingtheaccompanyingchangeprocessesinanindustrialenvironmentorThreetofouryearsofprofessionalexperienceincorporateconsulting

具有5年以上工业行业领域内流程改进、过程改进的实操经验；或者具有3年以上企业咨询公司专业咨询工作经验；

3.DetailedknowledgeofLeanManagementandthedrivetoimplementprocesses

精通精益管理知识并能积极推进执行流程；

4.Excellentconceptualandanalyticalskills

出色的概念性分析能力；

5.ExcellentcommandofMandarinandEnglish(writtenandspoken).

熟练掌握普通话和英语，听说读写流利；

5.Teamspiritaswellasflexibilityandabletotravelextensively

良好的团队合作精神，适应弹性工作制，能够接受频繁的出差；

6.Professionalappearanceandpresentationandmoderationskills
