岗位职责：
KEYJOBFUNCTIONS主要岗位职责-identifywithadequateanticipationrisksandopportunitiesandproposemitigationactions-Technicaltradeoffevaluationsareperformedtoidentifythesystemsafetyengineeringdesignchoiceswithassociatedadvantagesanddisadvantages.-Evaluatesthecomplianceandsafetyofdesignswithsafetyengineeringrequirementsbyreviewoftechnicalspecifications,designs&designschangesforbothHWandSW,andsuggestsdesignalternativeswhereappropriatetoenhancesafetybasedonaknowledgeofdesignfeasibility&thesafetyrequirements.RepresentRAMSEngineering,andprovidesevaluations&recommendationswithrespecttosafetyinformaldesignreviews.-ProposesWorkPackageestimatesanddescriptionsbasedonknowledgeoftheworkandprojectrequirements.Theworkisestimatedbasedonanassessmentofwhatisneededtomeetcustomerrequirements.-Definesafetyrequirementsbyevaluating&definingrailwayoperationalhazardsthatcouldbecausedbytheATCsystem.-Verifiesthesafetyofbothhardwareandsoftwareproductsandthesystembyperforming:1.FailureModesEffects&CriticalityAnalysis(FMECA)-FaultTreeAnalysis(FTA),and2.HazardAnalysis-EventTreeAnalysis-Operating&SupportHazardAnalysis(O&SHA).-Assuresthatsafetyrequirementsaremetbyparticipatinginhardware,softwareandfieldtesting(asrequired).-Ensuresthatsafetycanbeverified.Approvaloftestdocumentation-PreparesSafetyReportsthatdocumentthatProjectSafetyrequirementshavebeenmet.Safetytestprocedures&testresultsarereviewedandcheckedtoconfirmcompliancewiththerequirements.Softwareprocessrecords,operationalrestrictionsandsafetyanalysesaresimilarlyreviewed,checkedandidentifiedinthereport.-ReportingdirectlytotheManagerRAMSEngineering,havingdirectionfromtheGroupLeadRAMSEngineeringandTechnicalSafetySpecialist,andworkcloselywithotherteammembers,bothinsidetheSafetyteamandfromotherfunctionalteams,tomeettheprojectobjectives.

BASICSKILLLEVELREQUIREMENTS基本技能要求-B.Sc.ElectricalEngineering;ComputerScienceorequivalent-Adetailedknowledgeofsystemrequirementsdefinition/design,safetyandriskanalysis.-ExcellentcommandoftheEnglishlanguage,bothwrittenandoral.-Computerskills,MSOffice;DOORS;Modeling;DataBases.-Knowledgeofrailwaysystemsisanasset.-Knowledgeofreliabilityandsafetyanalysistechniques.-KnowledgeofRailwaySystemOperations&ThalesTransportAutomationproductsisfundamental-Familiaritywithmilitaryspecifications.-Experiencewithorexposuretosafety/mission-criticalsystems,andexposuretohazard,fault-treeandfailuremodesandeffectsanalysis,plusstatisticalmodelingandanalysisofcomplexsoftware/hardware/humansystemsareassets-Yearsofexperience:+2to5
