岗位职责：
WearelookingforanexperiencedParalegaltodealwithcasesrelatedtoforeigninvestmentinChina,mainlyonIPandcorporatelaw.Theparalegalwillbeworkingcloslywithourforeignlawyer,toassitonongoingcases,andanyassignmentsignedbythepartners.
任职要求：
-DegreeinLawinChina,withsolidlegalbackground.-PreviousexperienceworkingoncasesrelatedtoIPandPRCForeignInvestmentlaw.-FamiliarwithPRCcorporatelaw,contractlaw,labourlaw,andIPlaws.-ExcellentcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandMandarin-KnowledgeofSpanishlanguageisnotamustbutshallbetakenintoconsideration.-Responsible,patient,proactive,payattentiontodetails.PleasesendyourresumeinEnglish.Ifyoudon'tevenhavethepatiencetoreadthroughthisintroduction,pleasedon'tbothertoapply.
