运营专家工作职责
岗位职责：
1、负责公司开发的移动互联网产品运营策略的制定及执行，根据产品情况制定公司整体及阶段性运营指标，合理安排产品运营计划并实施；
2、对产品的各项运营数据进行整理，定期对产品的各项数据进行分析，并作出有利于产品发展的意见报告；
3、制定各类检测机制，负责运营工作的流程规划及实施，依据运营需求来设计运营模型和运营工具；
4、负责运营策略的数据分析和有效性评估，监控预算和成本，给出优化建议，提高运营效率；
5、带领或指导团队完成运营指标，包括注册用户、活跃用户、下载量、流量、点击率、独立IP数、内容更新等；
6、监控和研究市场动态及竞争对手策略，分析行业形式，提供产品、运营优化建议，给出针对性应对方案并推进实施。
任职要求：
1、广告、数据统计、信息管理、传媒相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上互联网推广运营类岗位工作经验，有知名移动产品运营推广经验；
2、具备熟练的数据分析，总结能力，能够通过各种运营数据的收集、归纳、分析，对产品的运营策略进行及时的调整及改进；
3、互联网思维敏捷并热衷于用户行为研究，良好的自我学习及驱动力，责任心强，具有创新精神。
Responsibilities:
1、Responsibleforthedevelopmentandimplementationofthemobileinternetproductdevelopmentstrategy.Formulatetheoverallandphasedoperationperformanceindex.Andaccordingtothesituationoftheproducts,reasonablyarrangeandimplementtheproductoperationplan;
2、Responsibleforthesortingofproductsoperationdata.Regularproductdataanalysis,andmakeconducivecommentsandreportstodevelopproducts;
3、Developtestingmechanisms.Responsiblefortheprocessplanningandimplementofoperation.Accordingtooperationalneedstodesignoperationalmodelsandoperationaltools;
4、Responsibleforthedataanalysisandeffectivenessevaluationofoperationalstrategy.Monitoringbudgetandcost,proposeoptimizationadvicetoimproveoperationalefficiency;
5、Leadtheteamtocompleteoperationalperformanceindex,includingregisteredusers,activeusers,downloads,traffic,clickrate,independentIPnumber,contentupdatesetc.;
6、Monitorandstudymarketdynamicsandcompetitorsstrategy.Analyzeindustryforms,toprovideproducts,operationaloptimizationproposals,andprovidetargetedresponsesolutionsanditsimplementation.
Requirements:
1、Bachelordegreeorabove.Graduatefromadvertising,datastatistics,informationmanagement,media,orrelatedmajor.5+yearsworkingexperienceininternetpromotionandoperation.Well-knownmobileproductoperationandpromotionexperience;
2、Proficiencyindataanalysisandsummarizing.Capabilityofoperationdatacollection,inductionandanalysisforthetimelyadjustmentandimprovementofoperationstrategy;
3、ObtainedInternetthinkingandkeenonuserbehaviorresearch.Goodself-learningandforwardforcedriving.Strongsenseofresponsibility,withthespiritofinnovation.
