JobDescription:
-作为物理层资深算法工程师，你的工作是为基站及其终端产品提供无线通信系统算法设计，包括算法设计及优化、链路层仿真、定点性能验证。你将会和公司内其它团队密切合作，使我们的产品高效发布。
-AsaphysicallayerSeniorAlgorithmEngineer,youarerequiredtocontributetothealgorithmdesignofwirelesscommunicationsystemsforArrayComm'sEnodeBorClientproducts,includingalgorithmdesignandoptimization,link-levelsimulation,fixed-pointperformanceverification.YouwouldworkcloselywithSystem/DSP/Testteam,inordertodeliverourproductsefficiently.
任职要求：
Requiredprofile:
1.热爱算法设计，开朗、专注、随和；
Enthusiasmforalgorithmdesign,open-minded,dedicatedandeasy-going;
2.扎实的3GPPLTE物理层知识以及工作经验。
Solidknowledgeof3GPPLTEphysicallayer,experiencedesired
3.扎实的多天线MIMO技术以及数字信号处理技术知识及经验。丰富的多天线射频天线校准以及干扰消除技术的经验。
Solidknowledgeofmultipleantenna(MIMO)technologiesanddigitalsignalprocessing.RichexperienceinRFantennacalibrationandInterferenceCancellationtechnique.
4.可以熟练使用MATLAB进行端到端的物理层仿真。
ProficientinusingMatlabforend-to-endphysicallayersimulations.
5.优秀的口头交流能力（英语），可以有效的表达在工作过程中所产生的推导结果以及技术概念
Excellentverbalcommunicationskillstoeffectivelyrepresentthederivedresultsandtechnicalconceptsdevelopedinthecourseofthework.
6.有DSP软件编程或定点仿真经验者优先；
ExperienceinDSPsoftwarecodingorfixed-pointsimulationisaplus;
7.电子工程硕士，PHD以及5年以上工作经验优先。
