岗位职责：
1.Conceptualizetheassemblyprocessfornewproductswithbothqualityandcostconsiderations.FinalcostingshouldbeevaluatedandsubmittedtoManagerforapproval;
2.Asanewproductdevelopmentteammember,completeassemblyequipmentpertheestablishedtimingandqualityrequirements.Maintainprojectfileforassignedprojects;
3.Spelloutspecificationsandrequirementsforassemblyprocesses,sourceforvendorstoquote,coordinatetheprojects,testrunandqualifythemachineusingSPCtoolsandcompletethefinalsetupatMolex;
4.Ensureassemblymanufacturabilityareconsideredinproductdesignconceptstage;
5.Assistorwhollyresponsiblefordesign,coordinatefabrication,assembly,debugandtestruntheequipmentwithguidancefromsupervisor;
6.Studyexistingprocessesinformationrelatedtoassignedproducttoacquiretheknowledge.ImplementdesignreviewsandPFMEAtominimizepotentialfailures.ItcomprisesofProcess,QAandProductDesigntogatherallcross-functionalfeedback;
7.Coordinatewithvendorsandensurecompletiondateismet;
8.Buildsamplesfornewproductsifrequiredduringtheinitialperiodusingsimplefixturesorproductionequipment;
9.Undertakepre-productionimprovementofnewproductswithproductionandensurethatitconformstoqualityrequirements;assemblyprocessesareestablishedandcapacityaresufficientforinitialproduction;
10.Providedocumentationoftoolingsparelistsandtrainingtoprocess&maintenanceengineers,techniciansandoperatorssothattheyarefullycompetentinmaintainingandrunningproduction;
11.Coordinatewithprocessandmaintenanceengineeringonjointprojectssothatitcanbecarriedoutwithleastproblemsandmisunderstanding.Ensurethatequipmentaresmoothlytransferredfromonegrouptoanother;
12.Assisttheotherteamswhenthereareanimbalanceofworkloadsduetourgencyofotherjoboronleavesorreservist(Allinstructionswillbegivenbysupervisor/manager);
13.Continuouslyacquiretechnicalskillstoreducedevelopmenttimeandimproveproductquality.
任职要求：
1.Universityorcollegegraduated;
2.MechanicalEngineeringoranyothertechnicaldegree/diplomat.
3.2yearsinequipmentdesignexperience.
