岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1.DailyCustomerService.Providetimely,appropriate,professionalandcourtesyresponsesandservicetocustomersincludingemployees,visitorsandcandidatesthroughfacetofacecommunication,phonecall,ticketsystemandemail.
2.OfficeMaintenance.Maintainaclean,comfortableandconvenientworkenvironmentthroughconductingvariousaudit,facilitymaintenance,monitoringcleaners’service,solveemergencies;identify,escalateissuesandprovidecreativesolutionstoimprovetheserviceorefficiency.
3.Onboard&TerminationProcess.Provideaccurateandtimelyadminsupportduringthenewhireonboardandterminationprocess;providethefacilityusagetrainingtonewhire.
4.Purchase.AssistAdminsupervisortocontrolthecostbymanagingofficesupplyandfacilityinventory,identifyingthenewvendors,negotiatingandprovidingrecommendations.
5.ProcessStandardization.Create,updateandfollowtheAdminprocedures/workflowsandconductcrosstrainingwithinteamtoenhancetheworkefficiencyandstandardization.Providesupportforotherdepartmentsasrequired.
