岗位职责:
1.Contributetotheregionalmarketingplanfortherelevanttargetsegment,especiallywithregardstodistributionstrategies,keyaccountplanningandtheplaceandtimeofgroundimplementationofvarioussalesplansinhis/herrespectiveareaofoperation.
2.Monitorsallactivitieschargedtohis/herteamofsalespersonneltoensureon-time,effectiveandefficientimplementationthroughregularfortnightlymeetings.
3.Supportandcoachss/SRinensuringgoodmanagementanddevelopmentoftheirsubordinatestoeffectivelycreatethedesiredpulleffectforoursalesprograms.
4.SupportandcoachSS/SRensuringgoodselectionmanagementanddevelopmentofBCSdistributionpartners.EnsuresSS/SRconductregularfortnightlyend-cyclereviewwiththeirrespectiveBKDsinordertoachieveBCSsalesobjectivesanddesiredsalesforecastingaccuracy.
5.Providefeedbackonimplementationprogress,sharingmarketinformationandexchangebestpracticesonsalesprogramimplementationduringregularmonthlymeetingswithregionalmanagementteam.
6.EnsuresallaccountswithBKDsunderhis/herchargearecurrent.
任职要求:
1.EducationDegreeinagriculturescienceorbusinessmanagement
2.SkillLeadership,goodsalesandmarketknowledge,goodanalyticalabilitiesandabletoworkwellcross-functionally.
3.ExperienceAtleast2-3yearsexperienceinthesales,marketingortechnicaldevelopmentwithinthecropmanagementindustry.
4.PersonalcharacteristicHighlymotivated,goodinitiative,goodcommunicatorandhavepositiveattitude.
